Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects. The role serves as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate will lead integration workstreams, manage risks, drive organizational alignment, and deliver scalable transformation initiatives across IOA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, roadmaps, timelines, success measures and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects, aligning processes, systems and teams.
• Manage internal resources and external vendors for project support.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans, milestones, and budgets.
• Create executive reports and status updates for leadership.
• Collaborate with business leaders across Finance, HR, Technology, and Operations.
