Job summary

Veritiv Corporation in Sandy Springs, GA, seeks an M&A Integration Program Manager to support planning, governance, execution, and value realization across the enterprise. You will connect IMO leadership, functional workstreams, Corporate Development, Finance, and acquired leadership to translate deal objectives into actionable integration plans and milestones.

Responsibilities include change management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training.

Qualifications

5–10 years of program, project, integration, corporate development, strategy, operations, finance, or consulting experience.
M&A integration experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Demonstrated executive presence and sound business judgment; PMP and/or change management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop change management strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
Identify risks and resistance, and define mitigation plans.
Design communication plans to inform stakeholders about objectives and progress.
Develop and oversee training programs for employees and stakeholders.
Prepare executive-ready updates, scorecards, and governance materials.
