• Lead cross-functional diligence across Finance, Tax, Legal, HR, Regulatory, Quality, Sales & Marketing, Service, Product, Engineering/R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Security.
• Build and manage diligence plan with workstreams, owners, deliverables, dependencies and decision dates.
• Coordinate governance, access, timing, and decision quality assessments for timely close.
• Guide teams to synthesize findings into an integrated view of risks, costs, and readiness.
