Responsibilities

• Lead post-signing diligence and integration planning with cross-functional teams.
• Build and scale an integration playbook with repeatable processes.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, HR, finance, and legal to align on value realization.
• Deliver day-one and day-100 integration execution and monitoring.
• Report KPIs to executive leadership and iterate on lessons learned.
