Job summary

Vertiv, based in Westerville, Ohio, seeks a Senior Manager of Integration to lead end-to-end integration programs for acquired companies within the IMO framework. You will drive the integration plan across functional workstreams, ensure diligence milestones are met, and partner with acquired leadership to implement our playbook while protecting talent and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in M&A integration or related fields.
• Proven ability to deliver cross-functional programs on time and budget.
• Strong financial fluency linked to deal models and P&L outcomes.
• Knowledge of lean and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Excellent communication and change leadership; credible with executives.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%, including international.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrations end to end: Own the integration roadmap for assigned deals from diligence handoff through Day 1 and value-capture period.
• Run the integration within the IMO model: govern across functions and report cadence to steering committees.
• Deliver measurable value capture: track synergies and improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Deploy operational efficiency and playbook tools into acquired businesses with Lean Six Sigma and policy deployment.
• Lead through influence: build trust across leadership teams and IMO workstream leads without direct reporting authority.
• Protect acquired value: steward culture, talent, and customer relationships during integration.
• Strengthen the IMO playbook: capture lessons and improve integration tools for consistency.
