Job summary

Veritiv is seeking a Senior Accountant, Integration in Atlanta with a hybrid work arrangement. You will support financial integrations from mergers, acquisitions, and system implementations, aligning policies and performing reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting across entities.

The role requires CPA and a bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of related experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate-level accounting and consolidation is preferred.
• CPA certification and a bachelor’s degree are required.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate financial statements for multiple entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for management and stakeholders.
• Lead month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance explanations.
• Act as SME for designated accounting areas and interact with management.
• Support audits with documentation and explanations.
• Collaborate with partners to gather information and resolve issues.
