Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations across the organization. You will serve as a liaison between executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives stay on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, with M&A integration experience, PMP certification preferred, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and identify dependencies.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders for success.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans; monitor progress and budgets.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and implementation activities.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively.
• Develop communication plans and provide leadership updates on status and outcomes.
• Utilize metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate progress.
