MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Integration to build and run the operational backbone for how acquisitions are integrated, translating deal thesis into durable business outcomes.

You will lead planning and execution from LOI through post-close, coordinating across Legal, HR, Finance & Accounting, IT, GTM, Marketing, and Product & Technology to ensure value realization and a repeatable integration process.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration planning and execution from LOI through post-close for assigned deals.
• Coordinate across Legal, HR, Finance & Accounting, IT, Go-to-Market, Marketing, and Product & Technology.
• Develop and maintain the integration playbook with standard plans, checklists, templates, and KPI frameworks.
