Hadrian, a leader in advanced manufacturing, seeks an experienced M&A integration leader to turn closed deals into operational value. You will drive end-to-end integration across multiple functions from Day 1 through steady-state, translating objectives into concrete workplans and governance.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Engineering, Operations, and Legal to stay aligned with business goals. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to produce

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience working on M&A integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional M&A integration end to end from pre-close planning through Day 1, Day 100, and steady-state transition.
• Translate deal objectives and value-creation targets into detailed workplans, governance structures, milestones, decision forums, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate functional leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS to manage dependencies and maintain continuity.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to validate, track, and realize operational-value and cost targets.
• Run structured operating cadences to report progress, surface bottlenecks, and sustain execution velocity.
• Manage Transition Services Agreements post-close and stand up standalone functions on schedule.
• Build repeatable integration playbooks, tools, and lessons learned to speed future acquisitions.
• Create high-quality Exec- and Board-facing materials framing integration status, risks, and decisions.
