Hadrian is seeking a seasoned M&A integration leader to turn closed deals into measurable value. You will own end-to-end integration workstreams across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Supply Chain, from diligence through Day 1 and the transition to business-as-usual.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience working on M&A integrations.
• Cross-functional program leadership: multi-workstream planning and ownership.
• Experience with diligence, Day 1/Day 100 planning, TSA management, and transitions to BAU.
• Strong financial and analytical skills including operating models and value-driver analysis.
• Clear written and oral communication with senior stakeholders.
• High ownership, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal oversight.
• Ability to synthesize inputs into a clear point of view and decision.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional M&A integration end to end from pre-close through Day 1, Day 100, and steady-state transition.
• Translate deal objectives into detailed workplans, governance, milestones, and reporting.
• Coordinate leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to validate and realize targets.
• Run structured cadences to report progress and maintain velocity.
• Manage TSAs post-close and stand up standalone functions on schedule.
• Build repeatable integration playbooks, tools, and lessons learned.
