Hadrian is seeking a seasoned M&A Integration Lead to drive end-to-end integration across functions from pre-close diligence through Day 1 and beyond. You translate deal theses into actionable workplans and ensure continuity for operations, finance, HR, IT, and more.

You'll partner with corp dev, FP&A, engineering, and legal to deliver value, build repeatable playbooks, and present progress to executives. This role blends strategy, operations, and manufacturing at scale.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience on M&A integrations.
• Cross-functional program leadership across multi-workstreams.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with operating models.
• Clear written and oral communication with senior stakeholders.
• High ownership and ability to work with minimal oversight.
• Experience with diligence, Day 1/Day 100 planning, TSA management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional M&A integration end to end from pre-close through Day 1 and steady-state.
• Translate deal objectives into detailed workplans, governance, milestones.
• Coordinate leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Quality, supply chain, and EHS.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to validate and realize value targets.
• Run cadences and reporting to surface bottlenecks and sustain velocity.
• Manage TSAs post-close and stand up standalone functions as needed.
• Build repeatable integration playbooks and executive-ready materials.
