Job summary

Hadrian, building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America, seeks a senior M&A integration lead to execute end-to-end integration across all functions from diligence to Day 100 and steady-state operations.

You will translate deal theses into concrete workplans, governances, and milestones while coordinating leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS to ensure continuity.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience working on M&A integrations.
• Cross-functional program leadership: structure ambiguous, multi-workstream integrations into clear workplans, owners, milestones, and drive to completion.
• Command of M&A integration mechanics across diligence, Day 1/Day 100 planning, TSA management, and business-as-usual transition, with exposure to multiple deal structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional M&A integration end to end, from pre-close planning through Day 1, Day 100, and steady-state transition.
• Translate deal objectives and value-creation targets into detailed workplans, governance structures, milestones, decision forums, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate functional leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS to manage dependencies and maintain continuity.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to validate, track, and realize operational-value and cost targets.
• Run structured operating cadences to report progress, surface bottlenecks, and sustain execution velocity.
• Manage Transition Services Agreements post-close, tracking service exits and standing up standalone functions on schedule.
• Build repeatable integration playbooks, tools, and lessons learned to accelerate future integrations.
• Create high-quality Exec- and Board-facing materials framing integration status, risks, and decisions.
