Hadrian is building autonomous factories to accelerate American manufacturing. We seek an Integration lead who can turn closed deals into realized value by coordinating across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Quality, and Supply Chain while aligning with corporate strategy.

You will own end-to-end integration workstreams, drive governance, and deliver executive-ready status updates. This role blends strategy, operations, and defense manufacturing context in a fast-paced, high-impact

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience working on M&A integrations.
• Ability to structure ambiguous, multi-workstream integrations into clear workplans.
• Experience with diligence, Day 1 / Day 100 planning, TSA management, and post-close transitions.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including operating models and scenario planning.
• Excellent written and oral communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional M&A integration end to end, from pre-close planning through Day 1, Day 100, and steady-state transition.
• Translate deal objectives and value-creation targets into detailed workplans, governance structures, milestones, decision forums, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate functional leaders across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS to manage dependencies and maintain continuity.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to validate, track, and realize operational-value and cost targets.
• Run structured operating cadences (weekly workstream syncs, monthly/quarterly reviews) to report progress and surface bottlenecks.
• Manage Transition Services Agreements post-close, tracking exits and standing up standalone functions on schedule.
• Build repeatable integration playbooks, tools, and lessons learned to speed future acquisitions.
• Create high-quality Exec- and Board-facing materials that frame integration status, risks, and decisions.
