Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformations. You will serve as a liaison between executives, acquired entities, and partners to ensure initiatives stay on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 8–10+ years in project management and P&C insurance, with experience leading M&A integrations and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) required.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, dependencies, and priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross‑functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for project delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor milestones, manage budget.
• Manage project changes and stakeholder alignment while preserving scope.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular leadership updates.
• Use metrics and reporting tools to assess progress and outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Technology, and external partners.
• Drive process improvements and leadership development within the team.
