Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute M&A integration and major transformation initiatives. You will serve as a liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to drive alignment with strategic goals.

The role requires 8–10+ years in PM and P&C insurance, along with strong stakeholder management and PMO experience. A hybrid work arrangement is possible within the Eastern Time Zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of PM and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support M&A integration and transformation initiatives.
• Lead PMO strategies, risk management, and milestone tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee large-scale transformation programs, aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Develop communication plans and provide updates to leadership on status and risks.
