Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to lead complex merger integrations and large transformation programs across the enterprise. This role partners with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure timely delivery within budget and aligned with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience, a strong track record in M&A integrations, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success metrics, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for optimal support.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans and budgets.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to leadership.
