Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute integration initiatives across the organization. The role acts as a liaison between executives, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years of PM experience in P&C insurance, strong leadership, and PMP certification. This remote/hybrid role supports ETZ with on-site needs per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures and governance structures.
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives across cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring process and systems alignment.
• Manage internal resources and external vendors for optimal support.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular leadership updates.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure milestones are met.
