Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformations. You will serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to drive successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years in project management and P&C insurance, with experience leading M&A integrations or enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, dependencies
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring alignment of processes, systems, teams, and objectives
• Manage internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are met within budgets
• Manage project changes and maintain stakeholder alignment and project integrity
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to address issues affecting integration or transformation
