Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integrations and large-scale transformations. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, manage risks, track milestones, and align with strategic objectives, reporting to executive leadership.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, with M&A integration experience and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large enterprise transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, and governance for integrations.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Coordinate resources and manage risks, budgets, and milestones.
• Develop communication plans and provide leadership with status updates.
• Create executive-level reports and maintain project documentation.
