Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integration projects and large transformation initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes and alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Experience creating executive reports and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation projects ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Manage internal resources and vendors to support programs.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular leadership updates.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Collaborate with executives, Finance, HR, IT, and operations.
