Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformations. The role serves as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes, with frameworks, risk management, milestones, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Business, 8–10 years in P&C insurance, M&A integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures that support organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, dependencies, and alignment with business priorities.
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams to support successful business transitions.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects, ensuring process, systems, teams, and objectives alignment.
• Manage internal resources, third-party vendors, and stakeholders for appropriate allocation of support.
