Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to drive merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformation initiatives. The role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery from planning through execution.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of P&C insurance PM experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business (MBA preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) required; 8-10+ years P&C insurance experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute M&A integration projects and transformation initiatives.
• Define project roadmaps, milestones, success metrics, and governance structures.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and coordinate internal resources and external partners.
• Manage risks, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery.
