Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformations across IOA. You will serve as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget integration outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business and 8–10+ years in P&C insurance project management, with experience leading M&A

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large transformations; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems and org objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones.
• Manage project changes and stakeholder communications.
