Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects across the organization. You will serve as a key liaison among executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Planning: Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures that support organizational goals.
• Project Scope & Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, establish objectives, identify dependencies, and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• M&A Integration Leadership: Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams to support successful business transitions.
• Transformation Program Management: Oversee large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment of processes, systems, teams, and operational objectives.
• Resource Coordination: Manage internal resources, third-party vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure appropriate allocation of support and capabilities.
