Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to lead merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformations. The role serves as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

Required: Bachelor's in Business or related field, 8–10+ years of P&C insurance PM experience, and M&A integration leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of PM and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, objectives, timelines, success measures, and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives with cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects with process and system alignment.
• Manage internal resources and vendors for project support.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans and budgets.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide leadership updates to executives on status and decisions.
• Document governance and maintain logs throughout the project.
• Collaborate with business leaders to drive alignment and execution.
