Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute multi‑entity integration efforts. You will bridge executive leadership and cross‑functional teams, drive milestones, manage budgets, and ensure strategic alignment across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10+ years in PM and P&C insurance, with M&A integration experience and PMP or equivalent credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations and large-scale transformations preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong project, stakeholder, and organizational management skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment
• Experience creating executive reports, presentations, and project docs
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Demonstrated success delivering complex projects from planning to delivery
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, dependencies, and priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders for alignment.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans; monitor milestones and budgets.
• Manage changes, scope, and implementation activities with stakeholder alignment.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular leadership updates.
• Use metrics and reporting to evaluate progress and outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with leaders across business, finance, HR, and IT.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Demonstrate leadership and professional development; champion IOA values.
• Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
