Riveron seeks an Associate Director to drive end‑to‑end M&A integration and separation engagements across finance, operations, technology, and HR. The role involves leading workstreams, building financial models, and translating insights into client‑ready deliverables.
You will mentor junior teammates, manage multiple priorities, and engage executive stakeholders in fast‑paced deal environments while contributing to training and knowledge development across the firm.
Drive end-to-end delivery of M&A integration and separation engagements, partnering with clients to solve complex business challenges across finance, operations, technology, and HR. Lead and support workstreams by analyzing financial and operational data, building models, and translating insights into actionable recommendations and client-ready deliverables. Facilitate stakeholder discussions, align cross-functional teams, and guide decision‑making in fast‑paced environments. Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure high-quality execution, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to firm initiatives such as training and knowledge development.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights. They possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, experience working in M&A, consulting, or transformation environments, and a track record of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Adaptability, attention to detail, and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset are essential.

Compensation Range: $156K - $256K
