Job summary

Varco Home Health in Texas is seeking a PRN Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one in-home care based on the plan of care. You’ll perform skilled nursing visits, vital signs, med administration, wound and catheter care, and educate patients and caregivers.

This role offers a flexible schedule and independence in the field with consistent patient volume. A Texas LVN license is required, and home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred).

Responsibilities
