Varco Home Health is seeking a dedicated LVN to provide in-home nursing visits across Midlothian and surrounding areas under PRN arrangements. You’ll work closely with an RN Case Manager to implement the care plan and educate patients and families in disease management.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and high-quality, patient-centered care.

Formación

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
