Job summary

Varco Home Health in Rockwall, TX is seeking a PRN LVN to provide one-on-one in-home nursing visits, following the plan of care and ensuring patient comfort.

You will perform vital signs, administer medications, wound and catheter care, document accurately, and collaborate with the RN Case Manager. This role offers flexible scheduling, field independence, and meaningful work serving local patients.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Able to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.

Responsibilities
