Varco Hospice, LLC is seeking a Part-time PRN LVN to provide in-home nursing care across Fort Worth, TX and surrounding areas. You’ll perform skilled visits, monitor patient status, administer medications, and educate families in their homes.

The role offers scheduling flexibility and independence in the field, with a focus on meaningful, patient-centered care and collaboration with the RN Case Manager and care team.

Formación

• Active Texas LVN license.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
