Varco Home Health in Rockwall, TX, is seeking a PRN LVN to provide one-on-one in-home nursing care. You’ll assess and treat patients in their homes, following personalized plans of care and ensuring comfort and safety.

This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to balance work and life while delivering meaningful, patient-focused care in the community.

Qualificações

• Active Texas LVN license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
