Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking an LVN for PRN in-home nursing visits in Lubbock, TX. You will provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, supporting independence and quality of life.

Formación

• Active Texas LVN license is required.
• Home health experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
