Job summary

Varco Hospice, LLC is seeking a PRN Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide one-on-one in-home nursing visits in Galveston, TX and surrounding areas. You will follow the plan of care, administer medications, perform wound and catheter care, and educate patients and caregivers while maintaining detailed documentation.

Flexible, self-managed scheduling offers work-life balance and supplemental income for LVNs with Texas licensure and a willingness to work in home-based settings.

Qualifications

• Texas LVN license (required)
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs
• Reliable transportation & driver’s license
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)

Responsibilities
