Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to assigned patients under RN supervision.
• Perform tasks to promote quality, safety, and customer service.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Conduct focused patient assessments per state nursing practice act and policies.
• Administer medications following organizational policies.
• Communicate with patients and families and coordinate with the health care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to infection control procedures.
