Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking an LPN/LVN to support nursing services in a long-term care setting. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians on resident care and evaluation, helping plan and develop nursing services for residents.

Shifts include 6pm-6am or 6am-6pm with every other weekend off and a 3-day weekend. Equal opportunity employer committed to fair hiring practices and a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in long-term care or nursing home settings preferred.
• Willing to work 6pm-6am or 6am-6pm with every other weekend and 3-day weekends.

Mansioni

• Conferring with Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning nursing services.
• Performing administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
