Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking an LPN/LVN-licensed professional to join our nursing team at Legacy at Town Creek in Palestine, Texas. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and attending physician to evaluate residents and plan nursing services, while supporting team members’ career growth and ensuring timely charting and documentation.

Shifts are 6pm–6am, with every other weekend off. This role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time employment, reflecting our commitment

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
