Equinox in Bloomfield Hills is hiring a full-time Membership Sales Advisor who will drive club memberships and ancillary packages while hosting events to generate leads. You will build lasting relationships with prospective and current members, and work under a GM and regional sales support.

The role emphasizes achieving sales goals, renewals, and service targets, with pay that includes base salary plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably membership or service-based sales.
• Ability to build rapport with prospective and current members.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Equinox services and programs is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Sell club memberships and ancillary packages.
• Prospect new business and clients.
• Host events and workshops for in-club lead generation.
• Achieve or exceed sales goals, renewals and ancillary service targets.
• Conduct pre-planning activities each month including outreach for referrals.
• Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
• Be knowledgeable about all club services, programs, and products.
