Job summary

MacArthur Place and Sebastiani Winery seek an Event Sales Manager to actively sell weddings, social events, corporate meetings (no rooms), social room blocks and catering events.

This role develops new business, cultivates client and partner relationships, negotiates contracts, and drives revenue while delivering an exceptional luxury hospitality experience. You will work with operations and events teams to ensure a seamless sales-to-execution transition.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of event, wedding, or hospitality sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and wedding planner requests.
• Solicit new accounts through calls, networking, site visits and outreach.
• Conduct property tours and client consultations highlighting venue features.
• Develop proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close business to maximize revenue.
• Maintain CRM and sales records; ensure smooth handoff to Events team.
