Job summary

The Sebastian Vail seeks a personable and results-driven professional to lead wedding sales and event services at a luxury property in Vail. You will guide couples from inquiry to execution, coordinating with internal teams to create exceptional wedding experiences that reflect the property’s service standards.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries, tours, proposals, and contracts; serving as the primary client contact; and forecasting revenue while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in wedding sales or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and hospitality/CRM systems.
• Collaborative across departments to deliver high-quality events.
• Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage wedding inquiries, conduct venue tours, and convert leads into bookings.
• Build relationships with clients, planners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, BEOs, and event documentation with accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for wedding clients throughout planning.
• Coordinate event details with culinary, banquet, operations, and catering teams.
• Lead pre-event meetings and site inspections as needed.
• Monitor timelines, floor plans, and service requirements for guest experience.
• Track sales goals, forecast revenue, and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and referrals.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence reflecting brand standards.
