Job summary

Beacon Grand in San Francisco seeks an Event Sales Manager to drive catering revenue for weddings and corporate events. You will be the primary contact for clients, crafting elegant proposals and guiding them through the sales process with luxury service.

Expected to solicit new business, manage relationships, and partner with culinary and events teams to deliver exceptional experiences that reflect the hotel’s Iconic Grandeur.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in catering sales or event management, preferably luxury venues.
• Proven success in the wedding market and a strong local planner network.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for high-net-worth clients and executives.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate, and close new and repeat business for catering and banquets.
• Lead full sales cycle for social events, weddings, and corporate gatherings.
• Provide customized proposals and leverage creative menus with the culinary team.
• Coordinate hand-off from sales to events teams for flawless execution.
