Job summary

The Sebastian Vail in Colorado seeks a proactive wedding sales and events professional to guide couples from inquiry to execution. You will coordinate with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure flawless weddings that reflect the property’s high service standards.

You will manage inquiries, tours, proposals, and contracts, while building strong client relationships and maintaining a robust sales pipeline for repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience in wedding sales, event planning, catering sales, or hospitality services.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage wedding inquiries, conduct venue tours, and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
• Build strong relationships with clients, planners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, Banquet Event Orders, and other event documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for wedding clients throughout the planning process.
• Coordinate event details with culinary, banquet, operations, and catering teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead pre-event meetings and site inspections as needed.
• Monitor event timelines, floor plans, room setups, and service requirements to support a smooth guest experience.
• Track sales goals, forecast revenue, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and generate repeat or referral business.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence that reflects the brand’s standards.
