Coastal Ridge Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Jacksonville community. You will engage prospects, provide property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process to meet individual and team goals.

In this role, you’ll handle inquiries promptly, maintain accurate lead records, and contribute to community events, marketing efforts, and resident services. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain licenses/certifications required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Previous leasing/sales experience preferred; multifamily or student housing a plus.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Entrata, OneSite, or RealPage preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to leasing targets and team goals.
• Greet and engage prospective residents; build rapport.
• Provide tours highlighting property features and benefits.
• Close leases by addressing objections and securing commitments.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours via phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain lead data in Entrata and follow up with prospects.
• Understand leasing trends to guide decisions.
• Ensure model units and common areas are well-maintained.
