Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate seeks a Leasing Consultant for Edenfield Shores in Jacksonville, FL. You will engage prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the lease process with a focus on exceptional service and closing deals.

You will maintain lead data in Entrata, respond within 24 hours, support marketing initiatives, and help keep the model units and common areas pristine. A high school diploma is required, with leasing experience and familiarity with property management software

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to obtain licenses/certifications as required.
• Previous leasing/sales experience preferred; multifamily or student housing a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Familiarity with Entrata/OneSite/RealPage preferred; Excel skills a plus.
• Ability to participate in emergency duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to individual and team leasing targets and strive to meet goals.
• Greet, engage, and build rapport with prospective residents.
• Provide tours and tailor experiences to prospects' needs.
• Close leases by addressing objections and securing commitments.
• Respond to leasing inquiries within 24 hours via phone, email, or in person.
• Enter and maintain lead information in Entrata and follow up with prospects.
• Understand leasing trends and guide prospects toward leasing decisions.
• Maintain office, model units, clubhouse, and common areas.
• Participate in community marketing, outreach, and resident events.
• Guide applicants through the application and screening process.
