Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate seeks a Leasing Consultant for Quincy Lofts, coordinating leasing efforts and daily resident interactions. You’ll drive prospective residents from inquiry to lease, while maintaining excellent service and team collaboration.

You’ll manage tours, respond quickly to inquiries, and ensure accuracy in leasing paperwork, including move-in fees and compliance with screening procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in multifamily or student housing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Entrata, OneSite or RealPage preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing targets and contribute to team goals.
• Greet and engage prospective residents; build rapport.
• Provide property tours and tailor to each prospect’s needs.
• Close leases by addressing objections and securing commitments.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours via phone, email or in person.
• Enter and maintain lead information in Entrata; follow up with prospects.
• Understand site leasing trends and product availability to guide decisions.
• Maintain cleanliness of office, model units, clubhouse and tour areas.
