Job summary

Tourneau|Bucherer is seeking a Client Advisor in Bal Harbour, FL to deliver an exceptional client experience in a luxury retail environment. You will greet clients, understand needs through discovery questions, and educate on watches and jewelry across the brand offering.

You will leverage CRM tools, participate in product training, and collaborate with the Service Department to size, clean, or set watches as needed, while driving sales and maintaining an elevated store presentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably luxury goods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus to cater to our international customer base.
• Willing to be hands-on and work with the team to fulfill operational and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding client experience by greeting clients, listening to needs and educating on products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across watches and jewelry and leverage CRM and service tools to build relationships.
• Close sales and process payments accurately in coordination with operations and service departments.
• Maintain attractive displays, ensure store cleanliness and assist with window setups.
• Attend training to increase product knowledge and collaborate with Service Department on repairs or sizing.
