Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury sales experience.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Polished appearance with professional demeanor.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inviting and elevated environment for the discerning client.
• Demonstrate passion for watches and jewelry and educate the client on products.
• Develop long-term client relationships using CRM and follow-up communications.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives and drive clienteling.
• Coordinate with Service Department for sizing, cleaning and post-sale service.
