Job summary

Tourneau|Bucherer in Palm Desert is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an outstanding client experience and exceed sales objectives for luxury watches and jewelry. You will greet clients, uncover needs, demonstrate product knowledge, and leverage CRM to nurture long-term relationships across in-store and other locations.

The role emphasizes selling across the full assortment, processing transactions, and coordinating with the Service Department for sizing, care, and repairs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably sales in the luxury market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Sales driven and results orientated.
• Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus to cater to our international customer base.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an outstanding client experience
• Meet and exceed sales objectives
• Greet the client, listen to needs and ask discovery questions
• Demonstrate product knowledge and understand inventory across locations
• Utilize the CRM system to build on-going client relationships and follow-up
• Process sales, including payment and warranty information, and coordinate with Service Department
