Job summary

Tourneau|Bucherer Naples is seeking a Client Advisor to create an outstanding client experience and meet sales objectives in a luxury retail environment. You will greet clients, understand needs, demonstrate product knowledge, and guide them through the buying journey.

You will build long-term relationships using the CRM system, participate in training, coordinate with the Service Department for sizing and repairs, and help maintain inviting displays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably sales in the luxury market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related discipline is preferred.
• Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus to cater to our international customer base.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Sales driven and results orientated.
• Meet and exceed company assigned goals, metrics and objectives.
• Demonstrate an exemplary level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client experience and meet sales objectives.
• Greet clients, assess needs with discovery questions, and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Leverage CRM for client follow-up and relationship building.
• Process sales, manage payments, and coordinate with service and operations.
• Partner with Service Department for repairs and sizing; assist with wrapping and shipping if needed.
• Maintain inviting displays and ensure store is clean and presentable.
• Attend training sessions to increase product knowledge.
