Job summary

Tourneau|Bucherer in Boston is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver an elevated shopping experience for discerning clients in our luxury watches and jewelry store. You will greet clients, understand their needs, demonstrate product knowledge, and guide them from discovery to sale while building lasting relationships.

You will leverage CRM tools, participate in trainings, and collaborate with the Service and Operations teams to ensure flawless service, expert sizing and post-sale follow-up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably sales in the luxury market.
• Prior watch and fine jewelry experience is helpful, but not required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Sales driven and results orientated.
• Team player.
• Willing to be hands-on and work with the team to fulfill operational and organizational needs.
• Adaptable with an attitude of continuous learning.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related discipline is preferred.
• Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus to cater to our international customer base.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, inviting and elevated environment for the discerning client.
• Greet the client entering the store and listen to needs with discovery questions.
• Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge to educate the client and address needs.
• Understand inventory across locations and leverage CRM for client relationships.
• Close and process sales, including payments and warranty information.
• Work with Service Department for sizing, cleaning and setting the watch.
• Follow-up with clients using CRM to build ongoing relationships.
• Attend trainings to increase product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Service Department to ensure positive client experience.
